milwin Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing or using the milwin platform at milwin.asia (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the milwin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing the milwin Platform. milwin reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time without obligation to provide reasons.

2. Eligibility

To open a milwin account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. milwin is strictly an 18+ only platform. Any user found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed and any funds confiscated in accordance with applicable law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. You are solely responsible for determining and ensuring your compliance with all applicable local laws before using milwin.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of milwin, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of participating in gaming or betting activities on the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) active milwin account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with balances subject to forfeiture. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and promptly update that information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milwin login credentials. milwin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify milwin support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your account.

milwin reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

milwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, including but not limited to JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller.

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been met in full.
• milwin reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• milwin is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or mobile wallet operators.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the milwin Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game as published on the Platform at the time of the bet. In the event of any discrepancy between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

milwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or placed in circumstances involving technical malfunction, data feed error, or where milwin has reasonable grounds to believe the outcome was known to the user at the time of placement. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the milwin Platform use certified random number generation software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and any other promotional credits offered by milwin are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time each promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all milwin promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• milwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash prior to completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• milwin may require a minimum qualifying deposit before a bonus is credited to your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the milwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one milwin account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your milwin account.
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs rather than reporting them to milwin support immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the milwin Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of milwin or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any milwin content without prior written consent from milwin.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milwin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Any delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond milwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, payment processor failures, or regulatory action.

milwin's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which milwin is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the milwin Platform shall first be referred to milwin's customer support team for attempted informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
